CARE INFO 
Hand wash only! NOT dishwasher friendly. Never submerge in water. 
Wash boards immediately after use to avoid bacteria buildup. Wash the board with hot soapy water, rinse, and hand dry. Do not place in dishwasher, microwave, or oven. 
 
After repetitive use your board may need reconditioning. Lightly sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper, wipe clean and allow to dry. Then apply food safe mineral oil (butcher block oil) to your board, allow to sit overnight, wipe off any excess oil.
